Audioscan announced new software updates for its Verifit2 and Axiom hearing instrument verification systems. These benefits are said to include “significant enhancements to Speechmap verification capabilities and the Audioscan Noah module, among other improvements.”
Verification of a hearing aid (or hearing protection) fitting is an obvious usage, but it can be quite instructive about some general acoustic principles.
The Audioscan Verifit2 fitting system supports accurate verification and performance optimization of modern hearing instruments, using an array of features to facilitate best practice procedures and patient satisfaction with amplification. Audioscan is exhibiting Verifit2 at AudiologyNOW! 2016.
