In February, William (Bill) Austin celebrated his 60th year in the hearing healthcare field. Few people have had a better front-row seat to the history of this industry than Austin. During the COVID-19 pandemic, health and government officials are encouraging or even mandating community-wide face mask wearing to reduce potential pre-symptomatic or asymptomatic transmission of the virus to others.
