Widex USA introduced the “Partners in Excellence for You” program, which is designed to help HCPs gain the knowledge, confidence, and tools they need to thrive in the world of audiology, according to the company.

The program is designed to provide HCPs with access to a portfolio of tools and resources that will improve their efficiency, increase the impact they have in their communities, and accelerate the growth of their practice, the company says. Tools highlighted in the program include the Widex On-the-Go App, the Widex Community Giveback program, and VIP Widex Education.

“The accessibility and affordability of hearing care has increased as more people become aware of the importance of hearing health. Today’s hearing care professionals are therefore being challenged as never before to meet the needs of individuals in their local communities who are living with hearing loss,” says Alan Raffauf, Widex VP of Marketing. “In this dynamic environment, audiologists need to accomplish more in less time, while staying current with all the advances now being made in hearing care technology and options. ‘Partners in Excellence for You’ was created to meet the real world needs of today’s hearing care professional.”

Widex On-the-Go App

Available for Apple and Android phones, the Widex On-the-Go app is designed to reduce the administrative burden audiologists face through a mobile app that creates more time for professionals to focus on the clinical activities that matter most, the company says. The app allows HCPs to easily access order tracking, check the warranty status of specific hearing aids, obtain real-time support when questions arise, and have access to a streamlined ordering process for Widex hearing aids.

The Widex Community Giveback Program

Intended to strengthen the bonds between HCPs and the communities they serve, the Widex Community Giveback program enables HCPs to gift a free pair of Widex hearing aids to a community member who would otherwise not be able to afford it.

“As a Widex Community Giveback participant, HCPs have the power to choose which patients they want to support in their community,” Raffauf says. “These choices make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives and we’re proud to be their partner in giving the gift of sound.”

The Widex VIP Education Program

Participating partners will also have access to practical, actionable, and relevant sales training to better prepare them for the daily challenges they face, access to technology for their business and patient education, sneak peeks at forthcoming new products, early registration access for training, as well as the ability to attend special guest speaker presentations and Q&A sessions, Widex says.

“The Widex ‘Partners in Excellence for You’ program was developed for today’s always-on-the-go hearing care professionals who want to achieve more in less time, make a bigger impact in their communities, maintain their educational readiness to meet the needs of their patients, and grow their business practice,” Raffauf says.
