Chicago — There’s less than a month left to submit your nominate your hearing industry colleagues for Beltone’s 11th Annual Larry Mauldin Award.
Presented since 1999, the Mauldin Award is awarded to individuals “who have demonstrated unsurpassed dedication to excellence in education and professionalism in the hearing care industry and unselfishly giving back to the profession, the community and the hearing impaired,” according to Beltone.
The annual award was created to honor the accomplishments of the late Larry Mauldin for his work and commitment to education in the field of audiology.
This year’s award will be presented at the 2011 AAA Convention, April 6-9 in Chicago.
All nominations should be sent to Cydney Fox, AuD ([email protected]) by no later than December 31st, 2010.
Nominations must include the following:
- Written statement about the nominee
- Reason audiologist should receive award
- Number of years of professional experience
- Contact information for yourself and the nominee
