Healthcare administration veteran to focus on scaling support and strategy for the company’s medical practice members.
Audigy has named Camille White, COPM, as its new senior director of ENT services, effective January 5, 2026. In her new position, White will play a central role in strengthening and scaling the company’s support for its medical members across the country.
White brings more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience to the role. She built her career at the ENT Center of Central Georgia, where she advanced from practice administrator to overseeing six interconnected medical entities, including a surgery center, imaging center, allergy services, and a hearing aid division.
In her new role at Audigy, White will focus on supporting the company’s growth in medical services by anticipating practice needs, enhancing ancillary solutions, bridging clinical and business priorities, and helping scale offerings for member success. Her initial priorities include listening to current ENT members, assessing opportunities for expanded support, and increasing awareness of Audigy’s medical offerings.
“Camille’s career has been defined by her ability to navigate the complexities of the ENT field with precision and vision,” says Kim Gilmore, president of Audigy, in a release. “From our earliest conversations, it was clear that she represents a natural and compelling fit for Audigy. Her leadership style, passion for elevating practices, and commitment to challenging the status quo mirror our own values and long-term vision.”
White’s appointment aligns with Audigy’s strategic focus for the next three to five years, which includes preparing members for shifts in patient expectations, technology adoption, and operational efficiency, according to the company.
“I am excited to bring my experience to Audigy and help elevate ENT support across the country,” White says in a release. “No administrator or physician leader should feel like they have to go it alone. I look forward to building partnerships that help practices grow with confidence.”
