The new invisible-in-canal device features four listening modes and app-free controls via its charging case.

Ceretone, a consumer health technology company, showcased its new Core One Pro over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aid at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026 in Las Vegas.

Core One Pro Features

The Core One Pro is an invisible-in-canal (IIC) hearing aid that is the size of a penny and weighs 1 gram. The device is designed for all-day wear and aims to provide a discreet hearing solution for people with mild to moderate hearing loss.

Key features of the device include four listening modes for different environments: Standard, Restaurant, Outdoor, and Tinnitus Masking. Adjustments to volume and listening modes are made using a screen integrated into the charging case, eliminating the need for a smartphone app. The portable charging case holds enough power for four full charges of the hearing aids, according to the company.

Focus on OTC Accessibility

As a direct-to-consumer brand, Ceretone markets its products to address barriers such as cost and the traditional prescription process associated with hearing aids.

“We believe everyone deserves access to better hearing,” says Ceretone’s marketing director, in a release. “The Core One Pro embodies our vision of making hearing aids that are not only effective but also accessible, comfortable, and discreet enough that anyone can wear them with confidence.”
