Louisville, Ky — Avada Audiology and Hearing Care Centers have received an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the highest accreditation rating offered by the organization.
Avada, which operates several hundred hearing health care centers nationwide, reports that it earned the A+ by meeting the BBB’s Code of Business Practices, which includes 16 trust-related factors.
The A+ accreditation is given to businesses that have been in business for at least 7 years and represent sound business practices that can give consumers confidence that they are receiving service from a legitimate and vital business organization with attentiveness to customer needs and issues along the course of everyday business.
Perhaps more significantly for hearing health consumers, the A+ means that Avada has remained free from a pattern of complaints and that any complaints received by Avada are addressed and resolved in a quick, business-like manner with the best possible service.
Steve Barlow, CEO of Avada, commented in the press release, “We are honored to receive the A+ accreditation from the Better Business Bureau. We are proud that our company-wide commitment to upholding our protocols has resonated with our patients and provided them with a highly satisfactory level of service.”
