Starkey’s chief people officer and executive vice president of culture, Jessica Perez, has been named Female Executive of the Year in the Stevie Awards for Women in Business. This global award program recognizes the achievements of women executives for their innovative initiatives and outstanding leadership, the company says.

“Throughout my career I have been committed to inspiring and supporting women at all levels in their careers, not only within our organization, but across the industry,” says Perez. “This award is a testament to the commitment, support and engagement shown by our entire HR team, because together, we have created a culture of caring that empowers every member of the Starkey family to be their authentic self.”
