Oticon, Inc announced the appointment of Jim Kelly as Vice President of Sales. In his new role, Kelly will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving improvements, and implementing best practices to deliver quality support and services to Oticon’s professional partners.
Kelly joins Oticon with more than 22 years of sales, marketing, and project management experience, primarily in the healthcare industry. In 10 years with medical technology and service provider Medtronic, he served as a corporate change agent, steering organizational change management initiatives and driving continuous improvements across sales operations. Prior to Medtronic, Kelly worked as a Territory Manager, Marketing Product Manager, and a Regional Manager at CR Bard, now part of Becton Dickinson.

A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Kelly championed strategic initiatives to improve culture within Medtronic. He served as a leader and ally with strong engagement and involvement with the organization’s Employee Resource Groups, according to Oticon’s announcement.
Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Shippensburg State University. He will be based in Oticon’s US headquarters in Somerset, NJ and will report to Rosenblum.
