Starkey’s Chief People Officer Receives HR Executive of the Year Award

Starkey Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President of Culture Jessica Perez has been named Human Resources Executive of the Year in the 2023 Stevie Awards for Great Employers. This recognition honors the world’s best employers and human resources professionals who help create and drive great places to work, according to the company.

Perez has more than 20 years of experience in the human resources industry and has spent 12 years elevating Starkey’s brand, the company says. In her current role, she creates a culture of belonging for Starkey employees by developing and executing people-centered strategies that reinforce Starkey’s values and attract and retain the best talent.
