President Henrik Nielsen to retire; Bridget Fritzke and Aleem Sunderji promoted to dual vice president roles.
Blueprint Solutions, known for its software solutions for hearing healthcare, today announced that Henrik Nielsen, president of the company, will retire January 20, 2026, concluding a 16-year tenure.
During his time as president, Nielsen, together with his team, grew Blueprint Solutions’ presence into 25 markets. He will work closely with the leadership team to ensure a smooth transition.
The company also announced that Bridget Fritzke and Aleem Sunderji have both been promoted to vice president and will step into dual leadership roles, effective January 20. Fritzke brings 13 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, customer service, and training with Blueprint Solutions. Sunderji founded Blueprint Solutions in 2002 and is currently CTO.
