Earlens announced the appointment of two new executives to its growing leadership team. Joining the company are Leilani Latimer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Scott Durall as Executive Vice President of Sales.

Latimer will lead global marketing, commercial operations, and customer success teams. She brings 25 years of experience in B2B2C marketing as well as SaaS/enterprise software, digital transformation, go-to-market strategy, and channel partnerships from her prior roles at companies like Zephyr and Sabre Inc.
Scott joins the organization as EVP of Sales with nearly 30 years of experience in the medical device industry and has held leadership positions in a number of successful commercial entities throughout his career including US Surgical, Boston Scientific, and, most recently, NuVasive.
The new appointments are part of the company’s recent leadership expansion aimed at supporting its global growth and mission of transforming the hearing experience for millions of people who suffer from hearing loss.
