Chadds Ford, Penn — The American Hearing Aid Associates (AHAA) is set to hold its 15th annual convention early next year, from February 16-19, 2011, in Las Vegas at the Palazzo Resort Hotel.

The AHAA said that it expects more than 400 hearing health care professionals — associates in the AHAA network — and others to attend.

“We notice that each year, our convention seems to reenergize our associates,” said Tina Soika, AHAA’s president, in the announcement. “Our goal this time is to direct their motivation toward improving all aspects of their practices, especially their growth.”

This focus is reportedly what inspired this year’s convention’s theme, which is “Your Success, Realized.” The convention’s program will offer nearly 40 AHAA, AAA, and IHS-approved sessions, with CEUs granted, covering all aspects of running a practice. The sessions will cover the interests of CEOs/owners, directors of operations/practice managers, hearing health care providers, telemarketing/front office personnel, and practice development representatives in all sizes and types of practices.

Presenters this year will include AHAA associates, who will reveal their successful best practices. Other premier speakers will share their insight on the industry’s current status and its future.

Also planned this year are roundtable networking sessions for peer-to-peer discussions. The AHAA also reported that major manufacturers will be exhibiting and that several will present workshops to discuss the latest changes and trends in technology and products.
