Toronto, Canada —Vivosonic Inc has announced "See it. Try it. Believe it, " an Aurix promotion and sweepstakes program that will give away a new Aurix™ newborn hearing screening system to a qualifying hospital or clinic.

The announcement was made at the Vivosonic Lunch & Learn Seminars, which featured presentations by various clinicians from newborn screening programs, including Dr Amy Strickland of the Alabama Department of Health and Dr David Brown of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.

The speakers shared their personal experiences using Aurix for automated ABR screening, and the Integrity system for follow-up hearing diagnostic testing.

The intent of the "See it. Try it. Believe it" program is for hearing health clinicians to have a hands-on experience with the Aurix system. As a result, in order to enter the sweepstakes, entries must:

  1. Have an established newborn hearing screening program with in-house staffing and administration of the program.
  2. Register and book a demonstration of Aurix by May 31, 2012.
  3. Complete an on-site demonstration of Aurix and submit an official ballot to win by September 30, 2012.

The winner will be announced on October 8, 2012.
