AuDConnex announced the addition of Mark Harned to its team as Account Manager. According to the company’s announcement, Harned has nearly 15 years of experience in the hearing healthcare industry and marketing technology. Prior to joining the company, Harned was the strategic partner manager for a large technology and customer service company. Harned will work closely with current members ensuring resources and communication are executed.

“Mark is incredibly passionate about teaching others how to be more strategic in their practice operations. His wealth of knowledge will be used to educate members to help take their practice to the next level. We are lucky to have him on our team,” said Rich Johnson, Co-owner and Co-founder of AuDConnex.
AuDConnex is a collaborative audiology network/buying group that was founded in 2011 to unite independent practice owners in an effort to help keep them working independently.

What sets a practice apart is how they execute their strategy. Often times practice owners aren’t taught to think strategically and measure results. Harned earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communication from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Arts degree in computer science from California State University-Northridge.
Harned has been married to his wife, Jen, for 15 years. They have two fur babies, Maximus and Louie. He is a certified personal trainer and enjoys being active. In his spare time you might find him playing tennis, mountain biking, and hitting the gym.
