More than 3,000 audiologists and other professionals are expected to attend the American Academy of Audiology’s AAA 2025 conference in New Orleans March 26–29, 2025.
New this year, AAA 2025 is offering an education track for audiology assistants who serve a crucial role in helping audiologists to optimize patient care. Led by seasoned audiologists, sessions will cover topics such as hearing aid testing and tools, audiometry, and social media and marketing strategies. The Academy is offering a discounted package for audiologists to bring their assistants; assistants are also welcome to attend on their own.
All AAA 2025 attendees will have access to more than 150 educational sessions featuring the latest clinical evidence-based research on topics such as private practice management, pediatric audiology, vestibular care, and early career development. More than 150 abstract posters will also be on display, featuring the latest research breakthroughs in hearing and balance care.
Additionally, the conference will highlight sessions on career growth and leadership development as well as how to help create an inclusive profession. Nadene Cherry, corporate speaker and meditation leader, will deliver a transformative keynote address with the keys to boosting performance without burnout. A variety of networking and social opportunities throughout the event will give attendees time to share best practices with one another and explore New Orleans’ famous music, culinary, and jazz scenes.
