The company is recognized for its human resources management and expands its certification to the Asia-Pacific region.

Amplifon has been named a Global Top Employer for 2026, becoming one of 17 companies worldwide to receive the certification. The company is the only one in the hearing care sector to earn the international recognition for its practices in human resources management and workplace environment.

The 2026 certification includes the Asia-Pacific region, adding to previous recognitions in Europe, North America, and Latin America. Amplifon is now certified as a Top Employer in 20 countries, with China, India, Singapore, and Switzerland being new additions this year. This marks the sixth consecutive year the company has received Top Employer certification.

“This important recognition rewards our company’s continuous commitment to people development, our consistency with our values, and our ability to translate them into our mission every day: improving the quality of life of our customers,” says Enrico Vita, chief executive officer of Amplifon, in a release. “The Top Employer certification represents a significant milestone in a long-term journey and, at the same time, an incentive for us to continue striving to do even better.”

“We are extremely proud to be the first Italian company to achieve this important recognition on a global scale which makes us a global benchmark in attracting and developing talent,” says Giovanni Buonajuto, chief HR officer at Amplifon, in a release. “This certification is testament to our ongoing commitment to the development and growth of our employees and to an organizational environment characterized by a strong human dimension that encourages the exchange and generation of ideas.”

The certification helps Amplifon meet an objective of its Listening Ahead sustainability plan one year ahead of schedule. The company employs over 20,000 people across 26 countries, with an average employee age of under 40. More than 70% of its workforce is women, and the company provides an average of at least three days of training for each employee annually.

The Top Employer certification is granted by the Top Employers Institute, a global organization that identifies excellence in HR management. The program evaluates companies based on standards in six areas: people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, training, diversity and inclusion, and well-being.
