Signia announced that the company “took the stage” before 150+ attendees at its 2022 National Sales Meeting from October 10 – 13 at JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, pledging to continue the momentum in 2023 by providing partners and patients with a “‘Brilliant Fit’ that goes beyond innovative solutions to include higher levels of service excellence and support.”
“In 2022 Signia delivered on its promise to provide partners with hearing innovations that set a new standard for hearing care excellence,” Signia President Mike O’Neil said. “Now, in 2023, we are doubling down on our Signia Delivers pillars that surround product innovation, service excellence, and unparalleled support in all the ways our partners need it most — order fulfillment, flexible financing, new patients, and, yes, an even fuller portfolio of solutions. Put all together, Signia will deliver a ‘Brilliant Fit’ of product, programs, and support in the year to come.”
This year’s annual sales meeting took place at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes resort and drew more than 150 team members who attended a full schedule of presentations, breakout sessions, and networking events.
A highlight of the annual meeting was a special Game Night to benefit a number of charities selected by the participating sales team members. At the end of the night, nearly $9,000 was raised for the Alzheimer’s Association, Wounded Warriors Family Trust, Florida Hurricane Disaster Fund, and the St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
“The meeting offered the entire sales team an opportunity to reflect on the year coming to an end and strategize for the upcoming new year,” said Michael Guiden, Vice President of Signia Commercial Sales and National Accounts. “We are dedicated to the complete satisfaction of our HCP partners and the patients they serve. The strategies and tactics that emerged from this very important meeting will help to inform our support programs over the next 12 months.”
