AudiologyNOW! attendees are invited to attend a special event hosted by The Hearing Review and brought to attendees courtesy of CareCredit that focuses on the patient journey to purchasing hearing aids. On the first day of the 2016 AAA Convention in Phoenix, Ariz, Wednesday, April 13 at 1:00 pm, CareCredit is sponsoring the symposium called “Aligning Pricing and Services with the Patient Path to Purchase.”
The patient journey is constantly changing in the hearing healthcare industry, and practice owners are more challenged than ever to accommodate an ever evolving consumer-driven purchasing environment. To help AudiologyNOW! attendees understand all the factors involved in consumer purchasing, the symposium from Hearing Review and CareCredit features “Path to Purchase” research, and a new pricing survey presented by Hearing Review Editor Karl Strom, who will also moderate a panel of experts from audiology, vision, and dentistry.
Wayne Staab, PhD, and other experts will discuss best-practices, business development, and how to take advantage of the sweeping changes taking place in hearing care and other healthcare industries, and will address issues of affordability, accessibility, and patient-centered personalized outcomes.
Attendees of this symposium will have a chance to ask questions, and will hear new information on the patient path to purchase, learn about pricing methodologies that are being used successfully within hearing care, and will learn to identify practice management techniques that translate well from dentistry and vision to work effectively in audiology.
