The IX European Federation of Audiology Societies (EFAS) Congress joint meeting with the VI Congress of the Spanish Society of Audiology (AEDA) will be held in June 2009 in Puerto de la Cruz, in Tenerife, the largest island in the archipelago of the Canary Islands, Spain.
The event highlights advances in research and clinical applications in the audiological field and features keynote lectures, round tables, poster sessions, and free papers.
The scientific program is combined with a comprehensive social calendar, and excursions include a trip to the Teide Volcano. Tenerife is about 300 km from the African coast and about 1,300 km from the Spanish mainland.
Participants can submit an abstract to show their latest research by presenting a poster or giving a talk. For more information on poster sessions and free papers, click here.
The early registration deadline is January 31, 2009. March 31 is the deadline for submitting abstracts; abstract notification of acceptance is by April 30.
