Starkey announced its Omega AI hearing technology has been honored with an AI Innovation Award from the Edge AI + Vision Alliance. The award recognizes products that leverage edge AI and vision technologies for innovation and market impact.

The AI Innovation Awards evaluate products across various industries, with winners selected through public nominations and an assessment by an independent panel of expert judges. Entries were assessed on innovation, technical execution, and real-world impact.

Omega AI was selected for its ability to use advanced artificial intelligence at the edge, enabling real-time sound processing and adaptive performance in complex listening environments. According to the announcement, its on-device intelligence delivers personalized hearing experiences while maintaining efficiency, responsiveness, and user privacy.
