QVC debuted the launch of the Go Ultra over-the-counter hearing aid on the channel’s Accessible Living program.

QVC debuted the worldwide launch of the Go Ultra hearing aid, the first behind-the-ear product in the brand portfolio, which is now available over-the-counter (OTC) without a prescription in the US.

With hands-free streaming capabilities for calls and music, the rechargeable OTC hearing aids offer digital sound processing and advanced audio features to hear better wherever you go. Go Ultra hearing aids, developed and sold by hearX Group, provide rich sound at an affordable price.

“We are thrilled to collaborate with QVC to introduce Go Ultra hearing aids, the newest product from Go Hearing.” said Nic Klopper, chief executive officer of hearX Group. “With advanced features like digital sound processing and call and media streaming, Go Hearing is changing the way people hear and interact with the world by providing affordable, easy to use hearing solutions.”

The new Go Ultra hearing aids fit comfortably behind the ears and are ready to wear right out of the box. Every purchase includes a variety of slim tubes and domes to choose from to ensure easy, all-day wearing. Go Ultra hearing aids have adjustable volume directly on the devices as well as four preset programs, to select the program that is best suited to an individual’s hearing profile.

“We are proud to be the first retailer to offer our customers the Go Ultra hearing aids as part of our growing assortment of assistive devices,” said Kristen Stevens, vice president and GMM of Merchandising, QVC. “It is important to us to create an inclusive shopping experience so every customer can find products to meet their needs no matter where they are in the arc of life. Through our live, engaging video shopping experience we can uniquely demonstrate the features and functionality to bring this product to life and help our customers shop more confidently.”

QVC launched a dedicated Accessible & Adaptive category – with hundreds of products spanning mobility aids, apparel, home, electronics and personal care – making QVC one of the first U.S. retailers to curate the full lifestyle of accessible products into a single multicategory offering.

QVC is highlighting accessible products within each category and has launched a one-stop digital storefront with options to search and shop by adaptive and accessible features as well as caregiving needs.

The live QVC debut of the Go Ultra OTC Hearing Aid occurred on May 21, 2023 at 9 am ET and will also air on May 25, 2023 at 4 pm ET during “Accessible Living,” QVC’s monthly show focused on essential home products that simplify everyday tasks and promote independent living. The Go Ultra hearing aid is now available on QVC and on gohearing.com.
