The new FDA-registered device features an AI-powered sound engine, Bluetooth connectivity, and real-time translation capabilities.

At CES 2026 in Las Vegas, Elehear introduced Delight, its newest FDA-registered over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aid. The device features a completely-in-canal (CIC) form factor designed for discreet wear and incorporates artificial intelligence for sound processing.

The Delight hearing aid is designed to fit entirely within the ear canal and uses an ergonomic ear-wing structure made of soft materials to secure the device and distribute pressure for long-wear comfort. “Many people want hearing support that fits into their lives without drawing attention or feeling intrusive,” says David Hogan, managing director of Elehear. “Delight was designed to feel natural, wearable, and intuitive — more like modern consumer tech than traditional hearing devices.”

VocClear AI Technology

The device operates on Elehear’s proprietary VocClear AI engine, which analyzes the sound environment to adapt its processing in real time. Key performance specifications include intelligent noise reduction delivering up to 24 dB of noise attenuation, up to 45 dB of amplification, and smart feedback suppression.

Smart Features and Connectivity

In addition to its core sound processing, Delight includes several features aimed at connected users. The device is equipped with Bluetooth 5.3 for audio streaming and includes an AI-powered real-time translation function that reportedly supports 20 languages. It also offers a feature called Serene Sound Relief, which provides white-noise options to support tinnitus comfort. The device has an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance.

Elehear Delight is currently available for pre-order with an early-bird price starting at $299 for a limited time. The pre-sale includes an extended 60-day trial period.
