Warner Tech-care Products, LLC and Hal-Hen Company, Inc have announced that they have combined, effective January 5, 2018, to form the premier supplier of hearing aid products and accessories to the hearing healthcare industry. The combined companies will operate under the name of Warner Hal-Hen.
Founded in 1984, privately-owned Warner Tech-care is an international supplier of a range of innovative and high-quality hearing aid products and accessories to hearing aid manufacturers, audiologists, hearing aid dispensers, and other hearing healthcare professionals.
Lee Heidenreich, president of Warner Tech-care, said, “Our combination with Hal-Hen will greatly advance our mission to equip the hearing healthcare industry with the quality supplies and support needed to prevent and treat hearing loss worldwide. We work toward our mission each day by creating collaborative partnerships with customers and vendors, and by providing unmatched service and product support.”
Hal-Hen, a supplier of hearing healthcare products and accessories to the hearing healthcare industry, offers one of the world’s most popular lines of hearing aid accessories. Hal-Hen was founded 71 years ago by two best friends and World War II US Navy veterans, Harold Spar and Henry Meltsner. They were joined and ultimately succeeded by their sons, Ron Meltsner and Eric Spar.
Hal-Hen President, Eric Spar, said, “We built our company on integrity and strong relationships with our valued customers, vendors, and employees. With more than 100 years of combined experience and a shared mission, we believe the combination will be extremely beneficial for the customers of both companies. With the addition of Hal-Hen’s complete product line, we will be offering a broader array of products, and expanded services along with a more efficient ordering and delivery process.”
“As Ron and I phase out of the business, it has become abundantly clear that with this transaction, we will be able to provide Hal-Hen customers with an even higher level of service and the largest selection of hearing healthcare products available,” said Spar.
“We feel confident that Warner Tech-care will be the ideal company to continue our families’ legacy of integrity and service,” said Hal-Hen Vice President, Ron Meltsner.
Hal-Hen will operate as a Warner Tech-care Company. Heidenreich will serve as president of both Warner and Hal-Hen. Joe Vespe will continue to direct Hal-Hen’s operations. Together, they are working diligently to ensure a smooth consolidation of the companies’ operations at Warner’s headquarters in Minnesota. Customers may continue to order from either or both companies.
