Sonus Hearing Care Professionals, a hearing health care provider based in Southern California, won a best website award from the Internet Marketing Association (IMA). According to Sonus, its website was deemed one of the easiest to use at the IMA’s September IMPACT14 conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Sonus Hearing took home the “Best Website Navigation” award. The win was based on Sonus’ overall menu structure, ease of in-site navigation, and the clarity of its location search engine, which were judged to be easy and efficient in directing hearing-impaired customers to resources that would assist their diagnosis and treatment. The Sonus site is considered a good match for the technological knowledge and capabilities of the company’s target demographic of adult customers.
