EarQ Group, Syracuse, NY, has named Randy Kahn as its new marketing director, to oversee the in-house marketing department.
Kahn’s duties include strategic plan development, and internal and external communications, says the company. His turf includes annual marketing plans and budgets, program development and execution, developing new effective member marketing campaigns, and sales training.
He has 20-plus years of marketing experience with advertising agencies and brand manufacturers, and has earned a bachelor’s degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY.
EarQ is a nationwide network of more than 873 practice locations that are independently owned and operated. It provides members with practice support including value-based marketing, business tools, audiology support and staff training, according to the company.
