COSTA MESA, Calif — As part of an ongoing commitment to make patient payment plans easy to use, CareCredit has announced a comprehensive system of support to enrolled practices beginning with on-site staff training.
The free on-site training session reportedly helps practices get up and running effortlessly with the CareCredit program, making it easy for them to help more patients improve their hearing health. With enrollment, practices are contacted to schedule a session and have a certified CareCredit trainer come to their location. The session can be customized for one team member or the entire staff, and takes less than one hour.
Practices receive training on key topics to help them use CareCredit successfully, including:
• An overview of the program (different payment plan options, interest rates, and merchant fees);
• How to effectively present CareCredit to the patient;
• How to successfully process a patient application, and how to process a transaction, either online or through the CareCredit terminal.
Additional training and phone support is also available to the practice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any questions or address any concerns they may have.
