Audioscan has announced a new free software release that introduces updates and new testing features for all of its current products, which include Verifit®, Axiom®, and RM500SL™.
The updates include NAL-NL2, as well as an improved directional test designed to reveal the directional function for every type of hearing aid, regardless of advanced processing features.
Users can also take advantage of the new Speechmap® telecoil testing, which allows the direct comparison of acoustic and inductive speech inputs.
Finally, the Custom Stimuli test loads any stimuli, while Speechmap automatically levels the long-term average spectrum to the selected level.
The updated software is free and available for download on the Audioscan Web site.
