The 2008 annual meeting & OTO Expo of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery Foundation, Alexandria, Va is underway from September 21 to 24, in Chicago. The meeting is the world’s largest gathering of otolaryngologists and a forum for renowned guests.

The event features more than 165 scientific research sessions, 200 scientific posters, and 400 instruction course hours for attendees at the McCormick Place Convention Center.

Experts from around the world will address current events and explore new research on hearing loss, ear infections, voice disorders, and sleep disorders. Research findings will be presented regarding the efficacy of plastic surgery, and treatment for head and neck cancer, one of the most deadly manifestations of cancer.
