Salt Lake City — Sonic Innovations’ Endura Super Power BTE product line has a new model. The company, recently acquired by the William Demant Holding family, has added the Endura 6 model.
Earlier in the Spring of 2010, Sonic launched the Endura 12 model. The new Endura 6 was designed to offer a lower price point.
Commenting on the new model in a press release, Sonic Innovations president and COO, Joe Lugara, said that the company’s intention is to offer high quality products at multiple price points for people with all levels of hearing loss.
The Endura 6 was designed with s a maximum output of 140 dB SPL, providing substantial power for profound hearing loss patients. Its features also include integrated direct audio input and Bluetooth connectivity when paired with the company’s sonicBLU accessory.
Adaptive directionality, digital noise reduction, three manual programs, six predefined listening environments, and data logging are also part of the 6 model.
