WS Audiology (WSA) announced the appointment of Joerg Brandscheid as its next chief technology officer and member of the executive committee.
He will join WSA as chief technology officer on Nov. 1, 2023, upon completion of his current responsibilities as CTO at Polestar, Sweden’s electric performance car brand.
Joerg has an extensive R&D background, having held senior R&D positions at General Motors, Continental and Hella, and most recently at Polestar. He will succeed Stefan Menzl, who after six successful years has decided to pursue opportunities outside WSA, effective Sept. 30, 2023.

Meanwhile, WS Audiology also recently selected the o9 Digital Brain platform to enhance its supply chain planning capabilities and continue its digital transformation journey. o9 Solutions is an enterprise AI software platform provider for transforming planning and decision-making.
