Signia held its Go Higher with Signia Aspire 2023 event in Orlando, offering attendees education, networking, and entertainment.

Furthering its commitment to hearing care professionals (HCPs), Signia held its Go Higher with Signia Aspire 2023 event from April 13-15 at the JW Marriott in Orlando, Florida.

Designed to inspire and educate, the event brought together HCPs from across the country and provided the opportunity to network and earn CEUs through widespread course offerings while taking advantage of fun, unique interactive entertainment experiences.

“The event helped facilitate deeper relationships and discuss how the industry has evolved over the past few years and how our latest developments and dedicated offerings can better support their practices and patients,” said Jennifer Wright, AuD, vice president of marketing at Signia. “Signia Aspire was created to bring together our audiology community to network and learn, and at this year’s event, we strived to give our partners the tools they need to stand apart from competitors and stay ahead of rapidly changing industry trends.”

The event was available for all members of Signia’s loyalty program, Signia Aspire. HCPs become eligible for Signia Aspire by fitting patients with Signia hearing aids. In doing so, they unlock a growing list of benefits, including consumer marketing funds, Signia-generated patient leads, a dedicated customer service number, free shipping, and more.

Through 13 sessions led by Signia’s team of audiology, sales, marketing, and product management experts, attendees explored important trends shaping the industry. Highlights included courses on artificial intelligence applications in hearing technology and how market insights can be used to support hearing healthcare practice success.

Additionally, HCPs learned about the growing factors that patients are considering when making decisions about their hearing loss treatment and how practices can enhance every aspect of their patient’s experience.

Highlights also included remarks from Signia president Mike O’Neil on the future of Signia and a keynote speech from leadership expert Bryan Williams on being a mountain climber to overcoming challenges.

Throughout the event, HCP attendees also had the opportunity to visit the vendor exhibit hall to meet with Signia Aspire vendor partners, where HCPs could use their Aspire points or benefits to redeem for audiological equipment, consumer marketing, and financing options.

“The Signia Aspire event underscores the work Signia has done to create a community of HCPs boosted by our groundbreaking technology and commitment to support and service excellence,” said O’Neil. “In an industry that’s constantly developing to create better experiences for patients, it’s our top priority to support audiology professionals so we can grow together. It was an honor to connect this year in person, and we look forward to even more events in the future.”
