Hearing Excellence offers a mix of hearing solutions, including what it says is the highest quality hearing aids from all leading manufacturers, assistive listening devices, ear and wax hygiene products, as well as ear and noise protection products. InnoCare Connect utilizes live agents specially trained to take calls from the medical sector. In addition to call answering, the Connect service also includes direct booking, a secure online portal to retrieve messages, and extensive data.
