Beltone, Chicago, Ill, has received an “A+” rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for the fourth consecutive year. This is the organization’s highest possible accreditation grade. And is only given to select businesses.
“We are honored to receive this rating from the Better Business Bureau,” says Todd Murray, president of Beltone. “It is imperative that we remain transparent with our customers and let them know how seriously we take our commitment to excellence in hearing care and patient satisfaction. Earning BBB accreditation for the fourth year exemplifies our dedication to that goal.”
The Better Business Bureau rating is based on a review of Beltone’s business practices and reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to provide patients with professional and caring service.
As with all businesses accredited by the BBB, Beltone must adhere to the BBB’s “Code of Business Practices,” a comprehensive set of policies, procedures, and best practices on how businesses treat consumers. The standards call for building trust, embodying integrity, advertising honestly, and being truthful. To maintain accreditation a business must be transparent, honor their promises, be responsive to customers, and take care to safeguard customer privacy.
“We carefully review businesses before inviting them to become BBB accredited,” says Eric Pinto, vice president, business relations of the Better Business Bureau serving Chicago and Northern Illinois. “Only those businesses that embody our high standards and exceed in the review process are approved by our board of directors.”
