Summary:
Audigy has been ranked #3 among midsize employers on The Oregonian’s Top Workplaces 2025 list, a recognition based entirely on employee feedback.

Audigy has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2025 honor by The Oregonian’s Top Workplaces, placing #3 among midsize employers (100–499 employees). This recognition is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, among others. The recognition comes on the heels of Audigy’s 20th anniversary.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” says Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

According to the company, at Audigy, culture is more than a buzzword—it’s central to their mission of helping members and employees achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals.

“We are incredibly proud of this recognition,” says Kim Gilmore, president of Audigy. “Creating and sustaining a great workplace doesn’t happen by accident. It takes intentional effort, including developing leaders and ensuring our teams are aligned around a shared culture. Our 20th anniversary gave us a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come, and this award—and our #3 ranking— is a wonderful affirmation that our commitment to culture continues to shine through in the experience of our employees.”
