Kasey Kaumans is promoted and Robert C. Luckey joins the company to support channel partners and the AV consultant community.
Ampetronic and Listen Technologies have promoted Kasey Kaumans to national account manager and named Robert C. Luckey as consultant liaison. The two will work with national partners in the professional AV channel and the consultant community to address the need for assistive listening and audio accessibility solutions.
Kasey Kaumans, National Account Manager

As national account manager, Kaumans will collaborate with partners including integrators and national resellers to expand the adoption of the company’s solutions in the Americas. He joined Listen Technologies in 2006 and most recently served as market development manager. Kaumans was named to Commercial Integrator’s 40 Influencers Under 40 list for 2024.
“Technology continues to evolve, while awareness of hearing and the impact of audio on experiences is increasing,” says Kaumans, in a release. “Assistive listening systems benefit everyone, and applications extend beyond assistive listening to include audio description, delivering audio from silent screens, supporting language interpretation delivery, and more.”
Robert C. Luckey, Consultant Liaison

In his new role as consultant liaison, Luckey will work with the AV consultant community on new product input and support. He has a background in the commercial AV channel, collaborating with consultants, integrators, and architects.
Prior to joining the company, Luckey was a manufacturers’ representative for Listen Technologies in New England. He holds a CTS-D credential, a master’s degree in architectural acoustics, and a bachelor’s degree in audio production.
“Listen Technologies’ and Ampetronic’s commitment to innovation in accessibility and audio aligns with my passion for quality audio experiences,” says Luckey, in a release. “I look forward to partnering with consultants and supporting their efforts to deliver spaces that work for everyone.”
Supporting Market Growth
These appointments come as demand for assistive listening solutions is reportedly increasing. According to The Business Research Company, the assistive listening devices market is forecasted to grow to $4.68 billion in 2030, at a compound annual growth rate of 7.5%.
“Kasey and Robert play crucial roles in supporting our channel partners and the AV consultant community as they propose solutions and create spaces that support great listening experiences,” says Mikey Shaffer, vice president of North American sales, in a release.
