The Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA) announced it upcoming conference, HLAA 2022, that is coming to the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street, June 23-25, 2022. According to HLAA, every convention offers a lineup of more than 50 educational workshops geared toward people with hearing loss. HLAA asks for submissions of papers to present at a workshop during HLAA 2022.

This year, HLAA will have a variety of workshop topics, including Hearing Assistive Technology (HAT), Advocacy, and Lifestyle.
New topic options include Hearing Health, Employment and the Workplace, Family, and Spanish-Speaking. All workshops are hearing accessible with captioning and technology.
Please view the Call for Papers Instructions online, and complete either the Educational or State/Chapters Workshop Form. Email your completed form to: [email protected]. The deadline to submit papers is Friday, December 10.
Please note: A program committee will review all proposals. Not all papers will be accepted due to space limitations. Presenters will be notified via email by the end of January, according to HLAA.
