This compatibility empowers users to access highly reliable at-home hearing testing, providing results that are comparable to in-office audiometric testing, according to the company.

As a testament to its accuracy, a recently published paper in the American Journal of Audiology (AJA) showcases that the app offers reliable at-home hearing tests that stand on par with traditional in-office audiometric tests.
Supporting Apple AirPods and AirPods Pro ensures that users can benefit from these precise hearing tests. By conducting a hearing test based on a patented pure tone hearing test procedure (Jacoti DuoTone), users can promptly receive results, which can then be transferred to the Apple Health app for their convenience, the company says.
