Inventis SRL, the Italian manufacturer of audiometric equipment since 2005, has announced the opening of a new branch in Minneapolis. This is the opening of the first office outside of the company’s world headquarters in Padova, Italy.

Inventis’ new managing director of the North American Office is Riccardo Rizzoli, who has been with the company for the past 6 years. Through this period, Rizzoli has been involved with product development, customer support, and  more recently, with the coordination of Inventis distributorship network. “With this new venture, Inventis wishes to be closer to their customers in North America in order to be able to meet the hearing care professionals’ ever-changing needs,” said Rizzoli in a press statement.

The Inventis products range includes, among others:

  • Piccolo: Reportedly the world’s first iPad-controlled audiometer;
  • Delfino: A Noah-compatible wireless video otoscope, and
  • Trumpet: A portable REM system with built-in speaker.

The above products are part of a wider portfolio, which includes computer-based and stand-alone audiometers and tympanometers. The Inventis audiometric equipment is ergonomically designed and uses the most current technology to improve the hearing care professional and patients’ experience.
