Clear Digital Media–a privately held company that offers digital marketing solutions to hearing healthcare and dental practices—announced that Anthony Reading has been added to the executive bench to lead Clear Digital Media’s revenue growth.
Reading has joined Clear Digital Media as Partner and Chief Revenue Officer. Owner, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Clear Digital Media, Michele Ahlman, will continue to bring innovative strategies to its customers as CEO. Reading, as CRO of Clear Digital Media, will be responsible for the company’s continued growth and focus in the audiology market, while looking for expansion in related business verticals, and will lead sales focused on revenue growth of the organization.
“It’s vital for clinics to continue to educate and endorse their marketing efforts, not only in the open marketplace but also in the waiting room,” said Reading. “The strategic nature of the waiting room has evolved into more than just into more than just entertaining patients. I believe this service is essential for clinics to continue their message of treatment, which is exactly why I’ve joined Clear Digital Media. The company’s mission and values align with mine, and I am more than excited by the opportunity to lead this team.”
“Anthony’s proven success in executing innovative strategies to scale, leading high-volume sales teams and his deep understanding of the power of the consumer aligns with our mission, vision, and values,” said Ahlman. “We are on the verge of a revolution in hearing healthcare and we are thrilled to have Anthony’s skill set, energy, and vision to lead our growth and expansion into new verticals.”
Reading led sales and marketing teams for 18 years in the software, security, dental, and SaaS marketplaces. In 2017, as senior vice president of sales and marketing, he led the sales and marketing engine development of Xbeyond Technology Group, a startup incubator introducing new SaaS practice management software services in the dental industry. Prior to joining Xbeyond, Reading was the western regional director of patient education consulting for ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers from 2007 -2011. He oversaw the revenue growth and expansion of the early years of ClearChoice, developing sales processes, training, and operations, as well as growing the western regional’s revenue growth to $70 million. Reading helped lead the growth from one location to 30 across the US, resulting in ClearChoice’s buyout in 2011 by the consumer brand venture firm L Catterton Flagship Investments.
