Audigy Group, Vancouver, Wash, has been selected as one of The Oregonian Top Workplaces. The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics LLP, Exton, Pa, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.
Since its inception 10 years ago, Audigy Group reports that it has been committed to creating a great organization for the members it serves by “first creating a remarkable culture that celebrates innovative thinking, the power of leadership and teamwork, and helping all those who are a part of the Audigy family to achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals.”
Says Audigy Founder and CEO Brandon M. Dawson, “This award is a testament to our people. I’ve had the idea for this company for quite some time, but I knew that in order to achieve what’s possible, we needed the right people—and they needed the right culture and environment to thrive. I couldn’t be more proud of this award, because it’s such a different sort of recognition—it’s not about revenue and the like. It’s about folks gathering around a central idea and feeling empowered to take ownership of it, and achieve their own goals through it. We have a great team, and I’m confident that they’re just getting started.”
