Warranty and insurance services provider ESCO, Ear Service Corporation, Plymouth, Minn, has announced the appointment of Kathleen Kuntz as its new chief operations officer, and Jim Guthier as its new executive vice president.
Kuntz had previously spent nearly 20 years at ESCO in various sales, marketing, and operating roles. She rejoined ESCO in June 2014 as its director of operations.
“After a short sabbatical, we are pleased and honored to have Kathleen Kuntz back on the ESCO team,” said Charles Stone, AuD, founder and executive chairman of ESCO. “Kathleen embodies the friendly knowledgeable culture we embrace. She is very familiar with the company and the industry, and will be instrumental in ESCO’s future growth and expansion into the hearing health market.”

Guthier has more than 25 years of executive experience in the hearing industry. In his new role at ESCO, Guthier will focus on all areas of growth, including sales, marketing, and product development.
