Chadds Ford, Pa — American Hearing Aid Associates (AHAA) is offering a free seminar on growing an ENT practice. The presentation will take place on July 27, 2011, in Chadds Ford, Pa.

Robert Glazer, CEO of ENT & Allergy Associates will highlight his approach to effectively growing and marketing an audiology department and the important role hearing aids play in a successful practice.

Glazer is responsible for the overall operation of ENT & Allergy Associates (ENTA), a practice that includes 120 MDs and 60 AuDs with 35 locations in the NY/NY metro region. Mr. Glazer joined ENTA in December 1997 and focuses his attention on physician recruitment, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning. He has over 35 years of healthcare administrative experience, specifically, finance, operations, information technology, managed care contracting, and healthcare marketing.

Glazer’s presentation “How to Effectively Grow and Market an Audiology Department” Topics will include:

  • The best ways to engage and align your team;
  • How to handle device inventory;
  • The benefits of tracking and reporting;
  • Which are more vital? Clinicians or dispensers?
  • Marketing and communicating to patients.

In addition, Tina Soika, president of AHAA, will present “Optimizing Your Opportunities.”
