TOKYO (Reuters) – Germany’s Siemens will sell its medical display business to Eizo Nanao Corp. for an undisclosed sum, the Japanese maker of computer and game machine displays said on Tuesday.
Siemens’s medical display business had 59 million euros in sales and 133 employees in the year ended September 2006.
The deal is set for completion by September 28, Eizo Nanao said.
