Centennial, Colo – Cochlear Americas has launched a new mobile phone support app for Baha 3 bone-anchored hearing aid (Baha) recipients.
The Cochlear Baha® Support App, which can be downloaded for free from Apple’s App Store or from the Android Market, helps Baha recipients find answers to common questions. In addition, the app provides simple answers for recipients if they do not know what to do in any given situation; for example, what should users do if their Baha processor gets wet?
The app contains both text and video assistance for troubleshooting, adjusting, cleaning, travelling, and maintaining the hearing device.
"With our new Baha Support App, we have made it simple for our recipients to get answers to common questions, providing them with a level of assurance wherever they are and whenever they need it," says Anthony Manna, president of Cochlear Bone Anchored Solutions.
