Audigy Group, LLC, Vancouver, Wash, was nominated in the April issue of Inc. magazine to “The Build 100” — a selective list of extraordinary companies that have made remarkable achievements in sustainable growth.
The Build 100, for which Inc.’s economist-in-residence collected data on more than 100,000 US midmarket companies (those with 85 to 999 employees), measures consistent staffing growth as an intriguing new indicator of potential business growth. “We focused on head count rather than revenue because we found that increased hiring is more predictive of future sustained growth, and that’s what this project is all about,” the magazine said of its efforts. Fewer than 1.5% of the companies analyzed met the criteria that the editors sought.
The companies that made the final list increased their staff every year from 2007 to 2012. Audigy Group has appeared repeatedly on Inc.’s rankings of the fastest-growing companies in the country, with steady revenue growth of 161% over the past 4 years.
“Investing in our employees and exceptional new talent is the most critical component in making our vision for Audigy Group a reality,” says Audigy Group Founder Brandon Dawson. “Our business is based on the quality of our relationships, not only with our members and partners but also with our own employees. Growing the right culture internally is the key to projecting Audigy’s unique value to business owners throughout the US and Canada. Putting this type of growth first has been a fundamental principle of Audigy Group from day one, and I believe it has unlocked incredible business potential and limitless inspiration for our company.”
