At the 2019 American Academy of Audiology (AAA) Conference, Oticon announced that President Gary Rosenblum presented American Academy of Audiology Foundation trustees with a $25,000 donation to the Foundation’s Empowering Students Scholarship Fund. This is the eighth year that Oticon, Inc has provided funding to enable the American Academy of Audiology Foundation to award scholarships to graduate students earning AuD or PhD degrees in audiology.  The Foundation will award five $5,000 academic scholarships to deserving students who show exceptional promise as clinical audiologists.

The American Academy of Audiology Foundation raises funds and supports programs of excellence in education, promising research and public awareness in audiology and hearing science. The programs are designed to help students maximize their learning experiences through leadership, educational, and humanitarian opportunities.
