Audiology Systems, Schaumburg, Ill, an exclusive distributor of GN Otometrics products (AURICAL®, MADSEN® and ICS®), as well as other audiology and vestibular equipment, has announced that it has been selected as a 2014 winner of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®. Audiology Systems will be recognized by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) at the organiztion’s symposium and awards luncheon next month.
The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For is an awards competition that identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories such as: communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, and retention. The competition provides the business community with the opportunity to gain recognition, showcase best practices, and demonstrate why they are an ideal place for employees to work.
“The selection, recognition, and awarding of this year’s companies allows our organization to showcase best practices,” says Jennifer Kluge, NABR president. “The honorees have clearly demonstrated why each of them would be an ideal place for employees to work. Companies that capitalize on their greatest resource—their employees—know how to attract and retain top talent.”
Audiology Systems was selected from hundreds of nominees. “I am honored to receive this award on behalf of the entire Audiology Systems family,” says Michel Jurgens, general manager, Audiology Systems. “At Audiology Systems, we are committed to taking customer care to the next level. And, this award will help us to continue to recruit the best and brightest employees, people with the skills, talent, and insight to deliver market-leading training, service, and support to hearing healthcare professionals nationwide.”
