The compact device and included accessories alert users to common sounds in the home, such as smoke alarms, gas alarms, storm warnings, alarm clocks, door knocks, and phone calls.
CentralAlert is reportedly easy to use and set up. All operations are wireless and utilize 2.4 GHz wireless transmission technology to ensure long range operation and no interference from other electrical sources.
The system is designed to detect and alert users to all audio alarms, including those with the latest T3 and T4 alarming sounds. A unique feature for new mothers with hearing loss is CentralAlert’s ability to monitor babies crying in real time, reducing false alarms. It also includes a doorbell that works with the alert system.
