“I am so honored to receive such a remarkable recognition for next-generation leadership,” shared Belem Hernandez. “The work we do makes a real impact on the lives of those with hearing loss, and that is what motivates me to lead by example and do my best every day. Thank you to my team at Starkey for all of the hard work and dedication that made this award possible.”

The awards, presented by the Manufacturing Leadership Council, honor companies and individual manufacturing leaders that produce products shaping the future of global manufacturing. Winning projects and individual leaders are given accolades for demonstrating achievements that deliver clear and compelling value, return on investment, and tangible results.

“Starkey continues to be at the forefront of hearing technology, and our manufacturing strategy is a major component of that,” commented Starkey President and CEO Brandon Sawalich. “The team at Starkey has an incredible dedication to continuous improvement. Together, we are serving our customers and their patients, better than anyone else.”
